Collaborate with Wikimedia Rapid Fund Grants to host training/intro session in underrepresented impact work county/region.

Hi all, could be connected to Nicole's proposal but how about cooperating and applying to the Wikimedia rapid funding programme and get matched funding for example 1000e (Impact budget) +1000e (Wikimedia Rapid) to organise an introductory or training session for a meetup/hybrid in a country/city already underrepresented in this Impact Community work, i.e. global south?

[The Rapid Fund program funds Wikimedia community members – individuals, groups, or organizations contributing to Wikimedia projects such as Wikipedia or Commons – to organize projects throughout the year with a budget of 500 USD up to 5,000 USD.] https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Rapid

Best,

Killian
