To export your Office 365 mailbox to a PST file, you can use either the Outlook Import/Export Wizard or a third-party PST backup tool.
To use the Outlook Import/Export Wizard:
Open Outlook.
Click on File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
In the Import and Export Wizard dialog box, select Export to a file and click on Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click on Next.
