Make Changes to Meetings

I propose we make the following changes to meetings:

  • Include timezone tag when including the time
  • Make categories optional (especially how it appears when creating a schedule for the conferences module)
  • REMOVING location for meetings because meetings are generally online now and it can be comfusing
