Empowering democratic and genuinely community-focused CHIs

Avatar: Official proposal Official proposal
17/02/2022 18:44

CHIs should become genuinely more audience focused, better understanding the needs of their users in the digital realm. More democratisation processes should be introduced in CHIs turning them into active, participation oriented and relevant components of the society, strongly embedded in communities. Participation, co-creation and community- based approaches are key principles and as such CHIs operational practises should be reviewed and enhanced in this area to support their growth.
